IndiGo Fast Forward Service

Fast Forward (FFWD) is an add-on service that allows passengers to check in and board a flight faster, which means no more standing in line for hours! Under this you can avail:

• Check-in: Passengers get priority check-in.
• Boarding: Passengers can board the flight at any point in time until the boarding gate is open.
• Baggage: Passengers with FFWD will have a separate counter to drop off their baggage and get priority baggage pick-up at the destination.

Note: This service is non-cancellable, non-transferable, and non-refundable, and varies as per the availability of the IndiGo flights. However, in case of any modifications or updates you get notified through direct communications.

How To Purchase The Service?

This service is accessible through both online and offline modes. You can purchase the FFWD service at the airport through FFWD service counters, or you can also get it done from your mobile through IndiGo’s website (www.goindigo.in) or the IndiGo mobile application. Just be sure to do it up to four 4 hours before international departures and at least two 2 hours before domestic departures.

How much does it cost?

• For Domestic Flights, the cost of FFWD service is approx INR 650 per person per sector.
• For International Flights the cost of FFWD service is approx INR 850 per person per sector.

Terms and Conditions- Fast Forward Service (FFWD)

• All passengers flying under a single PNR are eligible to acquire FFWD services, and cannot be purchased by only one or a few of the passengers flying under a single PNR.
• Only specific IndiGo aircraft (Airbus A320, A321, Boeing, ATR) are eligible for FFWD service.
• FFWD is not available on connected segments originating from locations without the service.
• Only taxes will be reimbursed in the event of a no-show, FFWD reservations will not be refunded.
